The segment starts with Tuck getting CV's thoughts on Thomas Castellanos' essentially doubling down on his comments regarding Alabama and CV also shares his thoughts about Mike Norvell as they talked Wednesday at ACC Media Days.
They then pivot to some NFL action and CV throws Tuck some 'This or That' style questions:

- Last year Lamar Jackson threw 4 INTs and Baker Mayfield threw 16 INTs. What’s more likely to happen? Lamar throws less than 5 INTs or Baker throws more than 15 INTs
- The Bears have never had a 4,000 yard passer. Alvin Kamara has never rushed for 1,000 yards. What’s more likely to happen this year?
- Which AFCW rookie running back will have the most total yards this season? Omarion Hampton (Chargers), Ashton Jeanty (Raiders), or RJ Harvey (Broncos)?
- More likely to land a job (whether as a backup or starter) on a new team next season? Anthony Richardson or Will Levis?
