Jim Harbaugh to Chargers, Dave Canales Develop in to Fix Bryce Young

Two weeks after winning a national championship with Michigan, Jim Harbaugh is heading to the west coast to be the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers. It seems to be the perfect fit for the Chargers. Harbaugh spent many years in California as both a player and coach. Once upon a time, Harbaugh was the quarterback of the San Diego Chargers before transitioning to coaching at the age of 31.

From there, Harbaugh has experience coaching for the Oakland Raiders, University San Diego, Stanford, and the San Fransisco 49ers. He has been successful just about everyone he's been, and now he gets an offense with the likes of Justin Herbert, Austin Ekeler, Keenan Allen, and the No. 5 pick in this upcoming draft.

Also, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Dave Canales is heading to Carolina in an attempt to kickstart the career of former No. 1 pick Bryce Young, and Bill Belichick still searching for his next chapter.

Brandon and I discussed it all earlier today on In The Zone. Check out the full segment at the podcast linked below.
