Lamar Jackson never hired an agent which may have led to some of the complications in terms of getting a long term deal done, yet the Baltimore Ravens haven't shown a whole lot of urgency when it comes to keeping what most believed to be the face of their franchise after giving Jackson the "non-exclusive franchise tag."
