Before Urban Meyer showed he was not cut out for the NFL, he was considered to be a coach who could wait for his job of choice, and that turned out the be the Jacksonville Jaguars, for a reason. The Jags had real talent despite how they looked under Meyer, and Doug Pederson was the perfect coach to take over for them, ready for a new challenge.
