The Magic and the rest of the NBA tip off the '22-'23 season this week and it marks the time of year when teams that aren't expected to be contenders are allowed to think relatively big. Orlando has been in rebuild mode the last few seasons and while they still haven't fully established themselves, I believe they have formed their nucleus and there is no reason not to shoot for the Play-In Tournament as fans.
