UCF finally announced who their starting QB will be and it is Ole Miss transfer John Rhys Plumlee who won the job over Mikey Keene. John Rhys Plumlee seems to have the upside to be the Quarterback of an explosive offense whereas Keene is more of a game manager. As a fan, you'd like to be able to see Plumlee help put up points and keep the turnovers down.
