Outside of Ji-Man Choi and Wander Franco, the Rays offense has yet to start firing on all cylinders and Rays play by play broadcaster Dave Wills believes the cold weather has been a factor. Playing in locations like Chicago this time of year is not advantageous for Tampa Bay or any offense for that matter.
