"Whiners" Get Their Wish With NFL Overtime Rules Change

In the past decade, teams that won the Overtime coin toss in the postseason were 10-2 with 7 of those wins coming on the first possession. Today, NFL owners voted 29-3 in favor of the Overtime rule change for the postseason (both teams get a chance with the ball) as regular season rules stay the same.
