He might not play a whole bunch of minutes upon returning from a torn ACL, however Markelle Fultz's presence on the floor will really give this Orlando Magic team a needed boost. After being selected first overall by Philly in '17 and going through adversity with injuries as well as his jump shot, the Magic rolled the dice and it looked like things were on their way to panning out until the unfortunate injury.
Here we are, beyond a year later and the team's nucleus is completely different. Fultz will have to not only play his way back into NBA shape but also gain chemistry with his teammates. He's talked about learning a lot from watching the team play and now we'll get a chance to see him screen and roll with Wendell Carter Jr and hopefully find an always-cutting Franz Wagner as well as learning how to play alongside all of these Magic guards.
