The Cleveland baseball team went from having one of the most identifiable logos in sports, to this?! Everyone expected the (as of now) Indians were going to change their team name because of those who are offended but couldn't they have come up with something better? The Cleveland Rockstars could've been fun. What about paying homage to the movie "Major League" with the Cleveland Wild Things? Apparently Clevelanders understand this 'Guardians" thing more than the rest of us.
However, it looks as though they just wanted to keep "dians" at the end of the name so they can continue to use a similar look on their home jerseys. This is going to take me a long time to get used to. In fact, I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to take it seriously. I'd rather the "Cleveland Baseball Team" or "Also The Cleveland Browns" like Barstool Big Cat suggested.
