Cade Cunningham will be a big time player, but Jalen Suggs is the best prospect in the 2021 NBA Draft. It is expected come draft night that the Detroit Pistons will select the point forward Cade Cunningham out of Oklahoma St. However, at 6'4", 205 pounds out of Gonzaga, it is Jalen Suggs that will be the first person we think of when we look back at this draft. He has Jason Kidd-like court vision, Russell Westbrook-type explosiveness, and a repeatable jump shot that resembles the form of Damian Lillard. The shooting percentage doesn't necessarily echo this sentiment but he has the clutch factor already and will only improve his percentage as time goes on. It has been said that the Orlando Magic have considered parlaying picks 5 and 8 to move up to 3. Could they be targeting Suggs? Or is it the other Jalen (Green?)
