Many people are going to try to make it seem like this is not big deal. Your friends will try to make you believe, "we'll turn it on when it counts".
This is a BIG deal ,and we need to treat it as such.
Don't waste your time trying to debate why Team USA is losing. Don't waste energy trying to break the games down. The point is Team USA is losing and that's not acceptable. Not in basketball. If there is any sport where we beat everyone by 70points it's basketball.
This is just another referendum on this younger generation. Don't let anyone convince you that it's because there are more NBA players on international teams. Hogwash!
Team USA has no heart left. There is no longer any passion for winning a gold medal. These players and just going through the motions. It's like their just there so they "don't get fined". It's crazy.
Take a moment to bask in the overreaction, because it's warranted and justified.
