FSU's McKenzie Milton and Miami's D'Eriq King have already become businessmen in the NIL space as they ushered in a new era in college athletics by forming a partnership with a NIL platform called "Dreamfield".
With athletes being able to capitalize off their name, image, and likeness starting today, July 1st; the Dreamfield platform aims to help bridge the gap between athletes and monetary opportunities.
It's focused primarily on helping athletes land live events, meet and greets, autograph signings, and more.
Furthermore, Milton and King both have NFT's set to be released to the public through the platform.
It's safe to say that with NIL in college sports expanding throughout the U.S., we'll see many more prominent college athletes going down the same road; effectively becoming business men and women overnight.
