Mike Tyson was a bad man in the ring. He started his boxing career going 37-0 with 33 KO's and everyone remembers his fights. The lightning speed, the ferocious power, it was a sight to behold.
Now younger audiences might know Tyson for his cameo appearances in movies and TV. He famously appeared in the hit movie "The Hangover" and from there he's shown up in plenty of movies, even starring in some smaller movies. Of course it would be tough for anyone to stay in top physical condition, let alone world champion condition, but Mike Tyson is making his way back to that condition.
Tyson shared a video of him on Twitter hitting the mitts and it is INCREDIBLE how fast his hands still are. You do not want to come in contact with those lethal weapons.
His trainer, Rafael Cordeiro, has also shared some stuff about Tyson. Cordeiro told ESPN on Monday, "He hasn't hit mitts for almost 10 years. So I didn't expect to see what I saw. I saw a guy with the same speed, same power as guys 21, 22 years old."
He also shared a photo of Tyson looking slim and trim!
