OJ Howard is on the block.
This shouldn't come as a shock, this is a position of strenght for the Bucs, as they also have Cameron Brate. Plus, OJ Howard's production has never matched his talents.
Howard has the body type, the speed, and the stature to be one of the leagues best TE's, however, since entering the league his 3 year average has him ranked 15th among TE's statistically. And while last year was supposed to be a breakout in Bruce Arians system, he actually under-performed his 2018 totals.

According to Michael Lombardi of the "GM Shuffle" podcast, he does not expect OJ Howard to be back in 2020 with the Bucs. He mentions that the Bucs tried to fetch a 2nd round pick for him last year, but no one took the bait.
