Jameis Winston at this point is a very expensive project because at best, the Bucs have to franchise tag him, and at worst sign him to a whole new deal. Should the Bucs make this kind of move or do they have an answer that just moved into Florida in Phillip Rivers?
Maybe the answer is to draft a quarterback, but the Bucs have players who are ready to win now and seem to be only a quarterback away. Maybe Marc Daniels has the answer on The Bridge.
