Overtime rules in the NFL have changed three times in the last 10 years as officials try to figure out the fairest way to finish out tied football games. Maybe the NFL needs to do what college does and start the teams on the 25 yard line going in, maybe the XFL shootout way is right, or maybe Pat McAfee just cracked the code.
