UCF has a home-and-home series with both BYU and Boise State. Add that to the list of non-conference matchups that the Knights already have scheduled in the coming years.
Danny White discussed whether or not he considered adding BYU and Boise State as "beefing up" their schedule or if he still has trouble adding Power 5 opponents.
He was also asked why UCF just doesn't up and join the SEC and he explained, "It's not that simple."
