Reports out of Philadelphia are saying that free agent quarterback Nick Foles is expected to sign with the Jacksonville Jaguars, when the league year begins.
Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network at the NFL Draft Combine spoke about how the Jaguars brass felt really good about their chances of signing Foles.
