A report before lunch on Wednesday by "Variety" announced that Maroon 5 will be performing the halftime show at Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta. Some people aren't happy, and why should they be? The Super Bowl is in Atlanta this year, the Hip Hop Capital of the South with groups like OutKast and Migo$ that I'm sure would have jumped at the opportunity to preform in front of their home city. The NFL chose to go the safe way with Maroon 5, but hey they do have a song with Cardi B so maybe there is hope.
