Mike joined me on Open Mike this morning (as he is my go to guy when I want to understand the financials of sports) and broke down what the Orlando Magic will be able to do in free agency, and how they will likely handle the Aaron Gordon situation.
Gordon is set to enter restricted free-agency, which essentially means: Another NBA can make an offer, and the Magic have the ability to match that offer, thus keeping Gordon, or allow that team to sign him.
Given this free agent market, Gordon is likely going to get a max deal worth up to 26 million dollars a year. Mike Ginnitti explains below...
