Jason Smith: “Here’s why it’s okay that the Astros, who are everyone’s biggest enemy, are heading back to the World Series: You want the hated teams to lose on the biggest stage. You want them to get right there, and just have it taken from them, just like the climax of a movie. The Astros are the perfect heel. Now, if they win, I got nothing for you, but at least for now, we can anticipate the villain being taken down at the end of the movie.”

Jason Smith and Mike Harmon react live to the Houston Astros clinching the American League Pennant with a 5-0 win over the Boston Red Sox. Houston wins the series 4-2 to advance to their third World Series in 5 years. Boston hitters went 2-29 in the game. Jason believes people should be happy about the Astros making the World Series, because if they lose, it will be all the sweeter.
