Herd Hierarchy: Colin Cowherd Ranks His Top 10 AFC Quarterbacks

Cleveland Browns v Cincinnati Bengals

Top 10 AFC Quarterbacks According to Colin Cowherd.

10. Drew Lock

“I’m much higher on Drew Lock than anybody else, he’s got a BIG arm. They’ve done a really nice job as an organization surrounding him with two backs and multiple receivers. Their wide receiving corps could end up being one of the top 3 or 4 groups in the NFL.”

9. Philip Rivers

“This is perfect for him. He’s not athletic and he throws too many picks, but that jersey is not going to get dirty this year -- he’s going to have oodles of time to throw. The Colts have an underrated defensive front and underrated running game. I think this is the best fit for him, I just feel like he’s really limited and it will be like Eli’s last two years where he will have games and have moments.”

8. Sam Darnold

“He’s got a bunch of new parts and not nearly the wide receivers, running backs, or tight ends as Baker has, but I think he’s special. He’s bigger than Baker, stronger than Baker, more athletic than Baker, and I think he is a really special player. He was remarkable at the end of last year and went 6-2 the last 8 games with 15 TDs and 4 picks, and that’s working with lawn chairs and deck furniture. If you gave Baker, Darnold’s players, and Darnold, Baker’s players, you would see what I believe to be true.”
