With all the national media bias, our boys inside the state probably won't get the recognition they deserve. In fact, if you were to go to ESPN's "Top 9" front-runners, not one state of Florida athlete is on the list. Incredible considering the seasons USF, UCF, and Miami are having. But not to worry my Sunshine State brethren, we've got our own voting booth set up.
Listed below are the stats you'll need to make the correct choice.
McKenzie Milton: Led UCF to a 10-0 record, compiled 2,928 yards passing, totaled 31 touchdowns, and added 373 yards on the ground.
Malik Rosier: Led UM to a 10-0 record, wins over FSU-ND-VT, compiled 2,620 passing yards, 28 TD's, and 377 on the ground.
Quinton Flowers: Great for his 3rd straight season, USF is 9-1 and ranked 22nd in the AP poll, 2,097 yards passing, 26 total TD's, and 870 yards rushing!
The Turnover Chain: Miami's defense has 17 interceptions, has forced 7 fumbles, and recovered 10.
