Regular contributor to Open Mike, GridironNow's Mike Huguenin called the constant Jon Gruden to (insert school or team here) chatter the "Grumor-Mill". It does seem as though whenever and wherever there's an opening, one of the first names you'll hear brought up is Jon Gruden. Even though Gruden has a sweet gig doing color commentary on Monday Night Football, and he hasn't coached a down of pro football since 2008, & hasn't coached college ball since 1989. 

Yet, the Grumor Mill has more steam than ever. Gruden's wife went to Tennessee apparently, his kid goes there now, and he was a grad assistant there in the 80's, if you ask people in Knoxville, they think the deal is damn near finalized. Now there's chatter that Dirk Koetter may be fired, and Gruden would come back to finish what he started in Tampa Bay...or something like that. 

Any way you slice it, I guess if you're Gruden, it's nice to have options out there. So, we ask you, what do you think he should do?
