Who was the worse NBA General Manager, Phil Jackson with the New York Knicks or Rob Hennigan with the Orlando Magic?

1. Phil "Overrated" Jackson. When you make Isaiah Thomas look like an almost-competent GM, you have made a serious vocational error somewhere along the line. 

2. Oh, Roooooooooooooooooob! Hennigan did worse at his job than a hockey guy did. Let that sink in.
