Starting today and running until 5 pm ET on July 23, fans can cast their vote on the All-Star captain via Twitter, by using one of the following hashtags within a tweet.
One tweet with a hashtag is one vote; fans can also retweet a tweet that contains a hashtag, and that counts as a vote, too. Most votes wins.
