Travis Kelce is doubtful for the Chiefs week one matchup against the Detroit Lions on Thursday after hyperextending his knee at practice on Tuesday.

We saw Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs overcome 2022 offseason doubts to win the Super Bowl a season ago. Patrick Mahomes proved he could win without WR Tyreek Hill. He proved he could lead a team to a super bowl on an injured ankle. One thing he hasn't had to prove, is that he can play at a top-tier level without Kelce.

Mahomes has only played two games in his career without Kelce - resulting in two wins. Here are some Mahomes stats to consider if Kelce can't go:
