3 Waiver Adds You NEED to Make for Week 12 in Fantasy Football

Drafting is nice, but if you really want to dominate your fantasy league. You have to OWN the waiver wire! And if you want to know who to pick up, well, you’ve come to the right place…because I am the Waiver Wire Wizard, the Pick-Up Prince, the Infallible Fabulous FAAB.

Now, let’s be honest, you have probably already been beaten to the wire for the following names, but if not. Go get ‘em…Taysom Hill…Michael Pittman with back-to-back good weeks for the Colts, told you to grab him last week.

1.Gus Edwards- We’ve been saying it for 24 hours, FIRE UP THE GUS BUS! JK and Ingram out due to COVID, Gus is the lone back in the backfield not named Lamar Jackson. Matchup isn’t ideal, going up against the Steelers on Thurs. night, but quietly, the Steelers run defense has been less than stellar. Last 4 weeks, they’re in the bottom 5 of points allowed to the RB position. **Disclaimer: Justice Hill would be the pick-up if Gus can’t play.

2.Dalton Schultz- I know nothing! Little Hogan’s Heroes reference for our 35-64 demo. The Dalton to Dalton connection can no longer be denied. Last 3 games: 8 targets, 7, and 6. We want to get away from TE’s who are solely touchdown dependent, Schultz is the closest thing your going to get on the waiver wire. Plus, who doesn’t like a little Thanksgiving action?!

3.Phillip Rivers- Sooo, the old man is low-key balling out the last few weeks. He got off to a really slow start but the last 5 weeks, 21 points or more in 4 of them. He gets the Titans this week, he scored 21 against them just a couple weeks ago, and if you need him longer term…they get the Packers, Raiders, and Texans in consecutive weeks.

Need a defense? Grab the Giants! The Bengals will unfortunately be trotting out Ryan Finley as their starting QB, they already have a bad o-line, that’s what got Burrow killed in the first place, and Ryan Finley, hate to say it…is not very good. Also, credit to the Giants D, they’re getting better as the year is going along.

If James White is out there, he’s an interesting pickup to with Rex Burkhead out for the year with a torn ACL. White looked like his old-self, but don’t go crazy, everyone plays well against the Texans defense.
