Philip Rivers is no longer under contract with the L.A. Chargers, neither is Jameis Winston with the Tampa Bay Bucs. Winston became the first player in NFL history last season to throw for 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions in the same season and the turnovers have been a huge criticism of Winston throughout his NFL career.
