Jerry Jones is the owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys. He has the final say in everything that goes on with the team and likely not ever relinquish any control of the team or the roster.

With all that being said, Shot and I both agree that those reasons are enough to keep Urban Meyer away from coaching the Cowboys. In my opinion, the need to control everything is what will keep all big name coaches away.
