Back in 2016 John Lynch was still a color analyst for Fox and was just inducted into TWO Ring of Honors. A few months later the 49ers made the decision to hire him as GM without any prior experience, he eventually hired Kyle Shanahan and traded for Jimmy Garoppolo. Marc talks about how the now 8-0 Niners took a big risk in hiring Lynch but it seems that move is paying off.
