As you plan your Thanksgiving feast this year don't forget to keep your COVID guard up. The CDC is warning of a trifecta tridemic--in the form of COVID, flu and RSV. Infectious Disease Specialist Dr. Mary Joe Trepka says try to limit the Thanksgiving feast to family members only-host it outside is possible and make sure you're up to date on all your shots.
