We are living in an era where the NFL seems to lean towards "offensive minded" teams, players, and coaches. But do we as media and fans make too big a deal about the concept of an offensive or defensive Head Coach? We should only be concerned about a Head Coach who has "CEO" qualities and can hire a good staff around him while motivating players.
