Phins Were the Biggest Losers Sunday in the NFL for a Variety of Reasons

Week 6 almost wrapped up, just waiting on a Buffalo blowout tonight to officially shut it down. Here are my winners/losers from the Sunday that was!

Winners:

·Steelers- Not only do they pick up their 3rd win, but the Browns seem to be unraveling, which means they now have a lane to grab a wild-card spot in the AFC.

·Cardinals- Kyler Murray hasn’t thrown for 300 yards in 3 straight weeks. This team wins and dominates in all types of ways. And they did it without their coach on the sidelines! I may have underestimated them, again.

·Aaron Rodgers- Taunting Bears fans saying “I still own you”…whenever you can pull something like that off, and its accurate, that’s next level stuff.

·Colts- Don’t look now but Carson Wentz has been really good in back to back weeks for the Colts. I still contend this team is winning the AFC South.

·Derek Carr/Raiders- Grabbing a win amid all the turmoil in Vegas, impressive outing on the road in Denver. 34-24 the final.

·Back up running backs- Alex Collins, Khalil Herbert, Chuba Hubbard, Darrel Williams, JD McKissic. All either over 100 yards or scored a TD or both. Great day to be a backup.

Losers:

·Dolphins- Not only did they lose to the Jags, they’re also 1-5, they also don’t have their 1st round pick because they made too many trades in the 2021 NFL Draft. The Eagles have their 1st round pick. So as of right now, the Eagles hold the 3rd, 8th, and 9th pick as it stands today.

·Chargers- You were exposed by the Ravens. 6 points, 195 passing, 26 yards rushing. The Ravens gashed the Chargers on the ground, 187 yards, 3 scores. They slept-walked through this game.

·Lions supporters- It was fun while it lasted, but our hard-charging Lions who were so easy to root for laid an egg against the Bengals. You’re on your own Lions fans.

·Sam Darnold- After a 3-0 start, dazzling statistics, and all that good stuff, Darnold has turned back into a pumpkin. Perhaps he’s seeing ghosts. 6 INT’s in the last 3 games, 0-3 in that span.
