Week 6: QB Ranking + Last Minute Waiver Adds in Fantasy Football

QB Rankings:

1.Josh Allen @ Tennessee- #17 is on a hot streak right now along with his Buffalo Bills. Tennessee can’t stop a nose bleed, this one should be a route.

2.Lamar Jackson vs LAC- Lamar was quiet as a mouse against Indy in the first half on Monday night but came out scorching in the 2nd half, this team is on his back right now.

3.Justin Herbert @ Baltimore- Justin Herbert’s TD-INT ratio is enough to make any coach drool. 2 multiple games in a row with 3 TD’s and zero picks. Look for another bomb or 2 to drop in the end-zone.

4.Patrick Mahomes @ WFT- He may be coming off his worst performance yet, but he’s still QB2 on the season.

5.Kyler Murray @ Cleveland- Similar to Pat, Kyler isn’t coming off his best game – Just 1 TD, 15 fantasy points. But, look @ what Cleveland just let Herbert do last week…the chargers almost scored in the 50’s!

6.Aaron Rodgers @ Chicago- Aaron Rodgers success rate in the red-zone has plummeted year over year, look for that to start auto-correcting at any point this season.

7.Matt Stafford @ NYG- Follow Vegas…high O/U, Rams favored by 10. Sounds like they’re expecting a shootout where the Rams have way more fire power.

8.Joe Burrow @ Detroit- The Lions routinely let QB’s go off and while Joe Burrow’s Bengals have the slowest offense in the NFL, he’s been making up for it with explosive plays to Ja’Mar Chase.

9.Dak Prescott @ NE- Low on Dak this week, he’s playing great but the Cowboys have been so balanced, they’re less Dak reliant than they’ve been the last couple of seasons. Gillette on the road, not an easy task.

10.Sam Darnold vs Minn- 25pts or more in his first 4 outings, look for Sam to get back on track.

11.Kirk Cousins @ Carolina- Do look now but the Vikings are a pass first team and they’ve got the weapons to do it.

12.Taylor Heinicke vs KC- The Chiefs have allowed the most fantasy points to QB’s since week 1.

13.Trevor Lawrence vs Miami (London)- This game will have already started by the time you are reading this. Good luck!

14.Daniel Jones vs LAR- He’s got legs and he know how to use them…ZZ Top reference for the win! Fire up Danny Dimes who will be running for his life all afternoon.

15.Big Ben vs Seattle- The only thing worse than the outlook of Seattle’s QB position is their pass defense.

16.Carson Wentz vs Houston

17.Baker Mayfield vs AZ

18.Derek Carr @ Denver

19.Justin Fields vs GB

20.Teddy B vs LV

Last Minute Waivers:

QB- Carson Wentz- Well, if you are a card-carrying member of the STREAM TEAM – you can do a lot worse. Wentz scored at least 21 Fantasy points in back-to-back games, and now he gets the Texans. Houston has allowed three of five quarterbacks this year to score at least 25 Fantasy points.

RB- Demetric Felton (CLE)- With reports of Kareem Hunt expecting to be on a snap count, Demetric Felton sets up to be the beneficiary. Remember, Felton’s already given us 1 fantasy relevant week, at that was as the 3rd guy – 51 yards and a TD against the Texans in week 1.

WR- Rashod Bateman (BAL)- Better to be a week early than a week late. Bateman was selected just 7 spots after Kadarius Toney in the NFL Draft this past year, and look how hot people were for Toney this past week. Jackson needs receiving options, I expect Bateman to get some work. Also- Be on the lookout for Jarvis Landry who should be back next week, TY Hilton is back this week, and keep an eye out for Josh Palmer (Chargers) if Mike Williams can’t go today.

TE- Ricky Seals-Jones (WFT)- Only ONE tight end tallied more ‘routes run’ than Travis Kelce last week…any guesses? Its Ricky! Going up against KC’s swiss cheese defense, sets up for a great outing.

DST- Bengals- If they’re still out there, this one makes the most sense going up against the Lions who are turnover prone. If you are in the stash business…the Saints are on BYE but they do get Geno Smith next week.
