Why did it have to be Tulsa?
Fun fact: UCF's head coach Josh Heupel has five losses in his head coaching career, two of them are to Tulsa. This was a typical UCF game to start off, fast paced, good defense, and a few penalties, but then it went down hill fast.
Those penalties went from whatever to infuriating and the offense stopped clicking. UCF's big lead dwindled down to nothing and Tulsa took full advantage.
