LIST: Week 2 NFL MVP Rankings via @BrandonKravitz

You might say it’s a little early for an MVP ranking, but hey we’ve got 2 weeks of football under our belt, and you’ve got to start somewhere right?!

Now, I fully expect this list to change and pivot and likely flip on its face throughout the course of the season, but here are my MySpace Top 8 NFL MVP’s 2 weeks into the season (sorry all Saints and Raiders, you are excluded from this list)

8- Gardner Minshew- He says thanks but NO TANKS!

7- Ryan Tannehill- Exactly what this team needs, he knows who he is, and he’s been hyper-efficient (7-% comp/6 TD’s no picks)

6- Lamar Jackson- Stats don’t blow you away right now (21st in passing / 28th in rushing) but he just continues to be the pace setter for the Ravens who look like the best team in football.

5- Devin White- The league’s leader in tackles @ 26, White is the best player on a stacked and quietly dominant Bucs defense. He’s also 8th in the league with 3 tackles for loss.

4- Josh Allen- He’s feasted on some bad opponents but, credit where credit is due, he has been a statistical machine, and he was clutch against the Phins yesterday. League leading 729 yards and most importantly, zero picks.

3- Aaron Jones- Picking up right where he left off last year, he’s the reason the Packers didn’t need to add anymore weapons! No Adams, no problem, he becomes the team’s best receiver. 312 yards from scrimmage and 4 scores in 2 games.

2- Russell Wilson- He’s basically been perfect through two weeks of the NFL season. Completing 82.5% of his passes. He has 11 incompletions and 9 passing scores.

Number 1! Kyler Murray, he’s just doing it all right now. He’s the team’s leading thrower and runner. 674 total yards 2 passing TD’s, 3 running, and the team is 2-0.
