Which State of Florida Team Will Surprise You? Gators, Canes, FSU, or UCF?

College football is here baby! It's been a long time coming, but finally it is here and our favorite local teams are all seemingly in a good spot. What can we expect from these teams?

Florida Gators

The Gators have the best returning QB in the SEC and Dan Mullen's teams have only gotten better during his tenure. Many have the Gators pegged for a playoff spot and might be a national championship contender, if they can get past some big foes in the SEC. This means they are also set up for pure disappointment. Anything more than two losses could devastate Gator Nation.

UCF Knights

Dillon Gabriel was the freshman phenom a year ago and now he can prove to everybody that he isn't a one-hit wonder. This UCF team held onto a lot of players this season and with McKenzie Milton practicing again, you know they will be fired up. There are question marks though. Will the more than 10 players opting out impact the season? Will they be able to keep going at this high of a level or is the tank running dry for UCF?

Miami Hurricanes

Talent? Check. New QB? Check. Hype? Check. The Miami Hurricanes could be the most surprising team in the state of Florida thanks to star transfer D'Eriq King. The other side of the coin is that Miami could be just another year of disappointments for their fans. It really is a coin flip.

FSU Seminoles

FSU is the biggest question mark out of the group. They have some good players returning, but the offensive line is terrible. They've got a new coach, but he had a rocky first offseason. New coach Mike Norvell has his hands full this season, no doubt about that. At least the Noles are too broke to fire anybody.

What do you think?
