Texas Allows 25% Fan Capacity for all Outdoor Professional Sporting Events

We crave normalcy but many people think that even this is too far. Governor of Texas Greg Abbott has now made it possible for fans to go to outdoor professional sporting events at 25% capacity. According to Ben Pickman of Sports Illustrated:

Leagues will first have to apply and receive approval from the Texas Department of State Health Services and indoor events will still be held without spectators. Abbott said that the state has set up a number of guidelines for leagues to follow, including a recommendation that spectators and employees keep at least six feet apart from anyone not from their household.

Is this too soon?
