Picture this. Horace Grant gets a phone call from Shaq. Shaq opens up about wanting to leave Orlando, but Horace Grant is able to convince him otherwise. Shaq stays. Magic beat the Bulls. Bulls don't three-peat. Shaq doesn't go to the Lakers and Kobe doesn't win all of his titles. Magic stay good until Shaq retires but then at that point they are good enough to bring in top quality talent. They never have to rebuild. The Orlando Magic become the best NBA franchise ever.
