Hard to call one of the most successful college baseball coaches of all time a great underdog story, but Mike Martin's final season as head coach at FSU has played out as such. The Noles were one of the last teams selected into the tournament and had to go on the road to UGA and win the Athens Regional. Their reward, LSU one of if not the best baseball programs of the last 30 years. Martin and his Seminoles defied those odds as well, and now head to Omaha once again. In his final shot to win the National Championship that has forever eluded him, is it time for Gator and Hurricane fans to root for the Noles and Mike Martin just this once?
