Daily Poll: Should LeBron James be subject to the NBA's tampering rules?

NBA stars are allowed to discuss playing with other NBA stars, that, in and of itself is not tampering. Especially when a reporter asks them the question. For LeBron, however, it is a bit different. LeBron (might) have a stake in the Clutch agency group, so his words/actions carry more weight.

LeBron recently took Anthony Davis from the Pelicans out to lunch, and we're wondering if that constitutes tampering, which the Lakers are not exactly unfamiliar with. Here's the latest news story to come out about Davis, take a look @ that, and vote on our Thought-Provoking Daily Poll!

His agent, Rich Paul, has informed the team Davis wants out sooner than that.

As first reported by ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Paul says Davis has requested a trade from the team. In addition, Paul informed the Pelicans that Davis has no intention of signing a long-term contract extension if and when one is offered. -- Courtesy of NBA.com
