"If there's no punishment, there's no incentive to change" - @MattHayesCFB

MATT HAYES ON OHIO STATE COACH URBAN MEYER

In this interview, Matt Hayes talks about a story from back in Urban's Florida days where he denied the existence of the "Circle of Trust" that Meyer had created (essentially to help insulate players who were getting in trouble) and that began to raise the eyebrow of Hayes back in 2012.

Matt Hayes also talked about the million dollar question in this whole Ohio State saga "Why would you keep a guy on staff, you know is a problem?"

When asked about what kind of penalty he thinks Meyer will receive for his knowledge of Zach Smith's domestic abuse, Hayes says he wasn't sure, but that he thinks it won't be much - "If there's no penalty, there's no incentive to change if you're Urban Meyer".
