Daily Poll: Who is the biggest "needle-mover" all time?

We see big stars every year, in every sport. LeBron James, Mike Trout, Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, Michael Phelps...We could rattle off a thousand names, right? And all of those names generate plenty of interest in their particular sport, some even penetrate pop-culture and create nation wide interest.

But, there are a few names in sports history that are just flat-out different. Different in a sense of, they're not just big, their sport is dependent on their success and their relevance. For example, Tiger Woods finished second in a thrilling finale to the Valspar Open on Sunday, this tournament doesn't even crack the top 10 of 'most important' golf tournaments of the year, outside of the hardcore golf fan, no one is watching this event year-to-year. In fact, with Tiger in contention this past weekend, the event's ratings were up 190% from the previous year. That's a "needle-mover".

But, Tiger isn't the only one from sports history that has had this type of impact on his particular sport. I probably could've made a list of about 10, but Twitter restricts you to 4....that's why I don't have Hulk Hogan on there. My wrestling fandom aside, here's the list of 4 names I came up with, accompanied by some pretty cool videos to get you in the spirit.
