The (Trevor Lawrence-less and Travis Etienne-less) Jacksonville Jaguars will take on the Las Vegas Raiders in the Hall of Fame Game on Thursday night and while preseason football isn't the most captivating exhibition, it is football nonetheless. It will be good just to see the helmets, football movements, and the computerized first down marker on the broadcast.
In past years, I'm normally irrationally excited for the preseason until a few drives in where it almost becomes an unrecognizable brand of football or maybe I'm just thinking of how it's been for my New York Giants in recent years.
