It HAD to happen in Florida!
A dramatic video from a track meet in Kissimmee is making waves on social media which shows one runner sucker punch another while they were running the 1600m race.
What makes it worse is that the runner who threw the punch allegedly wasn't even IN the race. He was standing on the side, ran out, and threw a haymaker.
