The Cincinnati Bengals have the cap space ($55M) and now have the clout to really load up this offseason. Joe Burrow being on a rookie deal at the Quarterback position really allows for flexibility when it comes to bolstering their team. Offensive line should be their focus and they will have a ton of money to work with to make crucial decisions to get them over the top.
