Conor McGregor Comes Out of Retirement - Next Fight Jan. 18th 2020

It's been a tumultuous couple of years for Conor McGregor. It was August 2017 when he fought Floyd "Money" Mayweather in one of the biggest boxing bouts of all-time and since then controversy has followed the MMA champion.

He's been arrested for assault and disorderly conduct after throwing a chair through his opponent's bus window.

His fight against Khabib ended in a WWE-style brawl.

And he punched an old man for not accepting a drink with him.

He also retired, but all that is now over. McGregor announced that his return to the octagon will take place Jan. 18th 2020 against an unnamed opponent. Some people are excited to see the man who went toe-to-toe with one of the best boxers of a generation fight again, while others are preparing to watch him crumble in the spotlight once again.
