The Pac-12 does not get a lot of attention on the east coast due to the fact that their games always start later and most of us just can't stay up until the early parts of the next morning to watch the entire game. The exposure is also limited which hurts because highlights will be dominated by east coast games and should a west coast team be neck-and-neck with an east coast team for a playoff spot, the lack of exposure for the west coast team could give the edge to the east coast team.
Pac -12 commissioner Larry Scott is floating the idea out there to move up kickoffs up to 9am PT. Will that lead to more exposure? Maybe.
